1. Do you ship internationally?


Cura Medical distributes products with in Canada only, with the exception of the Yukon, NWT and Nunavut.

2. In what currency are the prices on your site?


All pricing is in Canadian dollars

3. What are your shipping rates?


If the items in your order total more than $59.99 before taxes your shipping is FREE! If your shopping cart is less than that before taxes, the shipping charge is a flat rate fee of eight dollars.

4. When will my order ship?


Your order will ship the next business day (Monday-Friday) after receipt of payment from you. Product will arrive at the listed shipping address within four business days. If you have not received your delivery within four business days please contact Cura Medical at 1-855-287-2633

5. An item was missing from my shipment?


Please contact customer service at 1-855-287-2633 to report any items missing from your shipment. It is possible that an item was back ordered at the warehouse and will be shipped upon receipt. However, please call to confirm.

6. When will my backorder arrive?


If one or more items are back ordered on your shipment please feel free to contact customer service at 1-855-287-2633 to determine the expected delivery date.

7. Is shopping with Cura Medical secure?


Your information is NEVER sold to any other company and is kept completely private. Please review our Privacy Policy for more information. This website is also protected with SSL (secure socket layer) encryption, the highest standard in internet security.

8. What is your return Policy?


  • • All merchandise must be returned in clean, unaltered and original packaging with inner packaging unopened. Merchandise not meeting these conditions would be returned to sender and no credit issued.
  • • Items being returned must be re-packaged into a larger container to protect the original packaging of the product.
  • • Customer is responsible for freight charges when returning merchandise for reasons other than a Cura Medical error.

9. When will a credit appear on my account?


Credits usually take 7-10 business days to appear on your account from the time we receive your item(s).

10. Do I have to pay sales tax?


Incontinence products such as protective underwear, adult diapers, and pads are tax exempt. Ancillary supplies such as wipes, gloves, creams are subject to HST.
